§ 01 / The Rules

Six Rules.
Non-Negotiable.

Do these every day for 30 days
01
One Physical Rep
Pick something that actually challenges you. Conditioning, a full lift, or sport-specific skill work. Finish it. All of it.
02
Film Daily
Real game film or honest self-review. Minimum 10 minutes. Look at the ugly clips. Write one correction.
03
Phone Curfew
Phone in another room (or airplane mode in a drawer) by 10 p.m. Sleep like it matters. Because it does.

Honest Conversation
One thing daily that takes courage. Ask coach for feedback. Apologize. Tell your weakest self no — out loud.
05
Finish the Rep
Every workout. Every drill. Every assignment. No "good enough." The rep ends when it is actually finished.
06
Circle Check
Sunday night. Look at the people you spent the most time with. Did they make discipline normal, or excuses normal?
